Imo, it's obvious include him in the first team & play him in cdr along with 10-20min cameo in the matches in which u r comfortable or wrapped up early this szn. For, transcending him to nxt stage, he has to compete amongst those who r better than him right now.

¿Quiero que un chaval de 16 años esté en el primer equipo? Y sigo sin saber la respuesta.

Estos dos son son tops mundiales que desde que pisaron el césped se quedaron en el once y han seguido progresando teniendo minutos de calidad pero que pases es muy difícil con 16 años y más habiendo la competencia que hay en la posición en la que juega Tunkara.

No sé si debería pasar un añito en el filial para acabar de foguearse del todo antes de estar prácticamente de suplente todo el año en el primer equipo.

Pero claro esto mismo decía sobre Lamine y Cubarsi y al final el que es bueno es bueno y aún teniendo 16 años se quedaron como titulares.

Tunkara and Diara r both very promising, their fundamentals r elite. I hope others also do the same. This is what makes barca different frm othrs. We have a 100 mil player every szn from r youth academy only, which none of the big guns can boast abt.
