Bcz all class of passengers like Govt./private employees, patients 4 SCB, Cuttack & Capital hospital, BBSR, children, women, senior citizens are dependable to this train. Pls feel the real situation

@EastCoastRail kindly counsel @DRMKhurdaRoad & operational team @srdomkur about their responsibility to maintain punctuality. Now 08421 is about 60min late without any precedent. Said train was detained at BBS,outside KUR even all UP line PFs were vacant and at KUR for 20mins.

2day again 08421 left 20 min late fm CTC. Bt arrived BSDP 1.30 hrs late & detained 25 min to preceed 22825. How many trn passed in between CTC & BSDP. Is it proper management of @srdomkur @DRMKhurdaRoad such as passengers in local trn are travelling free of cost. @RailMinIndia

PF-2 पर बहुत देर से खड़ी goods ट्रेन पर चढ़कर PF-3 पर आने वाली गाड़ी पकड़ ने के लिए यात्रियों को जाना पड़ा. अगर PF-1 से 3 तक जाने का सीडी बंद हे तो PF-2 पर goods trn खड़ा करना क्या ज़रूरी था. क्या यही हे उत्कृष्ट भारतीय रेल सेबा
