Kairos Connect is a unified team collaboration platform that brings project management, goal tracking, team communication, organizational tools, and AI together
Your team isn't slow. Your toolset is.
The average modern team now manages roughly 10 different applications just to run a single project. Each tool is another isolated destination where 'the truth might live.'
This fragmentation creates an invisible tax on your daily operations:
• Constant context switching: It takes minutes of focus recovery every time a team member bounces between tools.
• Bloated overhead: Overlapping per-seat license fees across tools with redundant features.
• Friction-heavy onboarding: It takes weeks just to provision, configure, and train a new hire across ten separate dashboards.
This isn't an issue of bad software. Individual tools are often great at their specific jobs. The real disease is fragmented data. When information lives in silos, your people spend more time managing systems than executing work. We estimate from customer interviews that this fragmentation drains hours of execution time every week.
This is the problem Kairos Connect exists to end. Follow our page for our new feature series every Tuesday as we break down the cure.

Half your meetings exist because your tools can't answer 'where are we?'
We spend hours in weekly status alignments, writing update documents, and sending ping-for-progress DMs.
This isn't collaboration—it is human middleware compensating for disconnected systems. When your tools are isolated, leadership has to rent your time just to find out what is happening.
If goals rolled up automatically from live tasks, and on-demand summaries were readily available, most of these status rituals would simply disappear. The answers should live in your data, not in your calendar.
Goals in Kairos roll up from real tasks, and the assistant answers 'where are we?' in one ask. What percentage of your weekly meetings are purely for status updates?

Our chat doesn’t run on a traditional server fleet.
Every conversation is its own tiny server.
That changes how we think about real-time architecture entirely.
Instead of maintaining a massive chat cluster for WebSockets, routing, state, and synchronization, Kairos uses millions of isolated, lightweight, stateful rooms.
Here’s what happens under the hood 👇
💬 Per-conversation Durable Objects
Every conversation manages its own state and handles WebSocket fan-out independently.
💤 Smart hibernation
When a conversation goes quiet, its object hibernates—dropping idle compute while remaining ready to wake on the next message.
🟢 Presence & typing indicators
Ephemeral user state lives in memory inside the active conversation object, keeping real-time interactions fast.
⚡️ Geo-cached message reads
Message history is served through localized caching, with a per-user overlay to surface pending reads quickly.
🔔 Push notifications
Notification delivery is offloaded through Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM).
The bigger architectural idea is simple:
Instead of scaling a centralized cluster around millions of stateful connections, we scale the number of isolated stateful units.
One conversation → one lightweight micro-server.
That means less coordination between servers, less infrastructure complexity, and a real-time architecture that scales naturally with usage.
Whether a team has 5 people or 5,000, the underlying model stays the same.
We don’t scale the chat cluster.
We scale the conversations.
How are you handling stateful connections in your real-time stack?

Somewhere in a chat thread from March is the reason your project is late.
The hidden cost of work isn't software fees—it’s the invisible copy-paste layer between conversation and execution.
In Kairos:
• Turn messages into tasks in 1 click
• Tag live tasks in chat
• Zero context loss
How do you bridge chat & execution?

everyone's sharing this chart. nobody's reading the footnote.
the 39% is measured among companies that already reported gains. not 39% of everyone.
the story isn't AI vs no AI. it's whether your agent can see more than one tool.
most teams don't have an AI problem. they have a fragmentation problem.

Your team isn't slow. Your toolset is.
The modern tech stack has quietly expanded to an average of 10 apps. Each one is a destination where your team has to search for the truth.
