Used @TUIUK to book a very expensive holiday to the Maldives. Trying to check in and we can’t as apparently our flights have been changed.queued 3hrs to speak to someone who said they can’t help and practically put the phone down on my partner. How is this ok? Sort this out TUI!

@TUIUK needs to sort out their customer service!on hold twice within a week for almost 3hrs&no help at all!we are going on holiday with a 10month old and trying to check in.apparently we can’t.passing us to Turkish airlines who can’t help as it is all booked by TUI!

@TUIUK We have spoken to someone TWICE and practically got told they can’t help. This is an all inclusive luxury holiday we booked through YOU! How can’t we get booked on or get our flights confirmed?Appalling customer service!

@TUIUK I would expect someone to call me back urgently! In these times you would expect everything to run smoothly! We have used you so many times but this is making me want to never book with you again !!

@TUIUK absolutely useless with our holiday to the Maldives. Got an email saying our flights have been changed. We go in two days and no one can tell us what is happening! Appalling customer service.sort it out! Stress over something that should be an enjoyable time!
