→ start before you're ready; the readiness comes from doing it!

→ fix your discoverability first! quality only matters once people can find you

→ community outlasts everything!! trends, platforms, algorithms, all of it changes but genuine community doesn't

→ teach what you know; you know more than you think, and someone out there needs exactly that knowledge

→ the boring basics done consistently, beat every advanced strategy!
