Turning mean out of no where!! IMO, they’re trying to create relationship problems that didn’t previously exist so that they feel justified seeking love elsewhere. Also allows them to tell the other woman/man, “my relationship is on the rocks anyway”

One time my ex started calling me a c*nt out of no where. I begged and begged for him to tell me what I did wrong so I could fix it, but he couldn’t provide an answer. Wasn’t til after I discovered the cheating that I realized he was purposely creating fake issues
