Don’t forget that the NFL has systematically villainized Colin Kaepernick because he *knelt* to protest racial injustice, police brutality, and anti-Blackness.
GEORGIA: The January 5 runoff elections for control of the U.S. Senate are fast approaching. Make your voice heard by requesting your ballot now at https://t.co/xCyh7BhY3o #LetsGetItDoneAgain#gapol
One election was never going to fix everything wrong with our country. Today, we must continue organizing.
Organize to make sure every vote is counted.
Organize to build a just and equitable future.
Organize to save our lives.
The people will win.
If you can still vote early, then vote early today.
If you haven’t returned your absentee ballot yet, then return it today.
If you’re voting in-person tomorrow, then make your plan today.
Let’s end this — today.
If you have an absentee ballot and didn't get around to voting today, don't feel any shame. Don't scold yourself. Just make a plan to do it tomorrow.
Write your plan down. Send it to someone. Ask them to remind you to do it. And then, once you're done, remind someone else.
Behold the power, the unyielding power, compassion, empathy, vision and ownership of that who is WOMAN and who is BLACK.

We have to move forward together or not at all.
#WhenWeAllVote#BidenHarris2020
My heart goes out to everyone touched by this virus, from those at the White House, especially the Secret Service and residence staff whose service ought never be taken for granted, to all those names and stories most of us will unfortunately never know. https://t.co/dtEUrcjPAy
Struggling with the decision not to watch the #debate tonight, but when one side is acting in bad faith and only spreads lies and disinformation, what's the point in engaging?
Instead, I'll be writing letters to Iowa voters tonight with @votefwd
Debate (and everyday) best practices: DO NOT repeat, amplify, quote, paraphrase, retweet, or quote tweet Donald Trump or other suppressive/distracting voices. Don’t play their game. Spread positive info about voting. Make a PLAN to vote and encourage others to as well.
Reporting is not enough.
Connecting the dots is not enough.
Mentioning the link to the climate crisis is not enough
(even though it would kind of help...).
If we are to have a small chance, this needs to be our main focus.
It needs to dominate the news.
All the time.
The fires across the West Coast are just the latest examples of the very real ways our changing climate is changing our communities. Protecting our planet is on the ballot. Vote like your life depends on it—because it does.
