@KingJames LeBron was a winner on and off the court, and Laker fans should appreciate his performance for the last 8 years. If LeBron goes home to Cleveland, it won’t matter if they win the World Championship or not because his hometown fans will get their opportunity to say their goodbyes to one of the greatest ever.
And who knows one day he may become Mayor of Cleveland !!

@MagicJohnson Having great teammates like you not only enhanced my playing minutes but gave me life long friendships that are priceless. Looking forward to hanging out soon.
Smiles, sneakers, and a community lifting kids up! Thank you @adidas, Edison Elementary School, and @ITOFoundation for making this day possible.
Let’s keep giving these kids a shot that can’t be blocked.
New shoes. New confidence. New possibilities.

On this date in 1950, Earl Lloyd stepped onto the court and into history as the first Black player to play in an NBA game, becoming a Pioneer in the @NBA. Fellow NBA Pioneers, Chuck Cooper made his debut for the Boston Celtics on Nov. 1, and Nat "Sweetwater" Clifton made his debut on Nov. 4 for the New York Knicks. The Pioneers' resilience, vision, and leadership fundamentally reshaped the game, laying the foundation for a more dynamic league and inspiring generations to dream bigger and push further. It makes me proud to see current stars Stephen Curry, Jaylen Brown, and Karl-Anthony Towns reflect on the 75th anniversary of these barrier-breaking debut games.
For those in power, accountability is paramount.
