Many self-described incels claim society will fall apart if women aren't forced to mate with them.
As a peace-supporter and freedom-lover, I don't support either option at at all. But, if I had to choose between the two, I'd rather forcefully neuter the below average males who can't find a willing mate than force women to mate with them.
I don’t like the term “incel” because it’s a voluntary state. A video-game-addicted broke obese loser living in his mom’s basement with no social skills who has never even taken a public speaking class could easily turn his life around and then find an attractive woman to date.
I prefer the term “horngry”, like hangry but for unrequited horniness instead of hunger
Instead of “incels”, I suggest we call them horngers.
Voluntary horngers.

If a phone-addicted pothead teenager who hasn’t graduated high school and still lives in his mommy’s basement could do the job, it doesn’t need to pay a living wage
In a debate, argument, business negotiation, or even just a philosophical discussion between two people, whether it's strangers on the internet arguing politics or religion or a couple in couple's therapy arguing about dishes...
Generally there is never a winner and a loser.
That is not to say there aren't winners and losers. Rather, it is to say that there isn't one of each.
Either both people win, or both people lose.
