@AshwiniVaishnaw @RPF_INDIA My phone was stolen in train 12402. I registered a complaint on RailMadad and 139, but no action has been taken till now and the phone is still missing. Police just completed formalities, nothing more.

I respect the police for doing their work and I am also trying my best. I directly contacted the train CCTV operator in Dehradun,but they said the newly installed CCTV cannot be accessed as their system does not support it. Who is accountable for this?@GM_NRly @drm_mb @RPF_INDIA

@drm_dli @drm_mb @drmkota We were continuously contacting with the officer but the no result has been come out. The actions are just like formality and nothing else. No cctv footage has been received yet. Could you expect cctv recording after 1.5 months of theft?

It has been more than a month since my theft case was reported, but every time the only response is ‘matter has been forwarded for necessary action’. No real progress has been made till now. For such serious issues, Railway Seva has failed its purpose. @RailwaySeva @RailMadad
