Worst ever experience with Simhapuri train.(12710). Every day it is getting delayed by more than 2 hrs. Old age people will feel issue and it is causing serious problem. Its so pathetic after paying tatkal tickets

Worst ever service. No proper response from your team. Backend team did not resolve the query and marked the issue was resolved. Regarding emi conversion which did not happened and bank charged me penalty and interest for the same.
