@paniniboy7 @lisabegg19 Mental health, addiction recovery, health conditions.. to still be social and feel a little less left out when everyone else is drinking alcohol. I can’t drink because of a health condition and a medication that helps keep me healthy. I’d rather drink alcohol free than be sick.

3 weeks today until we go on holiday, just an essay and an exam to get out the way first. We’re both so drained and stressed with things, can’t wait to and relax and get away from everything for a week.

It’s weird that you can go to someone’s wedding (like an all day) and travel up to Aberdeen for it and now you don’t even talk? Just because they changed jobs. Wild.

And I know we have it. I’ve resorted to toothpaste on my chest 😩 🪥with extra pillows and lozenges. I contemplated waking up my girlfriend to drive me to 24 hour Asda, but felt bad at even the thought since it’s after 3am. So toothpaste it is….

I’ve been up for around 4 hours coughing my guts up, just getting over a chest infection. I’ve googled so many ways to help me sleep. High pillows, tea and honey (out of honey 🍯) and lozenges (which I have) I’ve also hunted the house high and low for Vicks, which I cannot find..

Not spent proper time with my girlfriend in 12 days due to my show rehearsals/run and her working 6 days (12 hours). We’re both finally off together tomorrow and I’m so excited so just spend time with her properly. ❤️
