Such an important insight. Half of Idaho’s counties have fewer than 10 lawyers and some have none. When we talk about building commitment to rule of law, we need to understand that lots of communities in which law is absent or limited to the coercive power of the state

There are large regions without a robust § 1983 bar and it shows. So extra kudos to those doing that work--@ndncollective, @NDNrights, @ACLUNorthDakota, etc.
