Congratulations to Brayden Maksimik for being recognized as the Republican Herald Athlete of the Week! Brayden threw back to back no-hitters against Weather and Williams Valley and allowed just two hits in a win against Mahanoy Area to earn 3 victories in a span of 10 days.

In a 4-game series with #9 Millersville over the weekend, Shippensburg’s Kaleb Maksimik pitched 4.1 innings in two relief appearances allowing zero runs on one hit with 3 K’s. In Saturday’s 5-2 victory, Kaleb picked up the first save of his career. Great job Kaleb!
