My profile shows that I have work experience with companies like Amazon, JP Morgan, and TCS, and living my dream life in Scotland.

But what it doesn’t tell you is that:

- I lost my first job in the U.S. because my visa documents weren’t in order at the time.

- I once quit a stable job because they wouldn’t approve my transfer and told me to “just abscond” if I want that.

- I returned to India from the US during the 2008 recession, expecting my first child, with multiple job offers in hand - only to see them disappear as the recession hit.

- I turned down a great job offer after they aggressively pursued me only to wonder later if I made the wrong move.

- I spent years job-hopping before it was considered normal, always caught between chasing growth and starting over.

- I was asked questions in interviews like “Who will take care of your child?” and “How will you manage work after becoming a mother?”

- I started my life at new places just with 2 bags leaving everything behind - multiple times, bearing financial loss and into the unknown.

But here’s what all those tough moments actually did:
"They made me resilient."

They taught me to believe in myself, even when the odds were against me.

And they showed me I had to just keep on pushing forward and the skies would clear with my path.

Behind every successful person you see are:

- A lot of failures
- Many tough decisions
- Shed and held back tears
- A not-so-balanced work life
- Encouragement, wishes, and blessings from many

To everyone out there navigating work, life, and judgment - you’re stronger than you think.
