**PRISON ASSASSINS**
**Chapter one.**
Hon. Kasimu's tale;
Early that morning, I received a call from Honourable Kasagga a friend and fellow Member of Parliament that, mysterious posters and small leaflets had been pinned up and thrown around their area respectively. Somebody was warning General Walusimbi a resident of the same area and commander of air force to stay away from his wife. The message was short and clear that; "GENERAL WALUSIMBI, THIS IS A WARNING. YOU EITHER LEAVE MY WIFE, OR BETWEEN US THE FIRST TO PULL THE TRIGGER WILL KILL THE OTHER." The poster had a coloured picture of General Walusimbi in army camouflage saluting.
General Walusimbi being a very close family friend, I called him to inquire whether the rumors were true. He denied knowledge about it. But promised to find out soon. He had spent the night in Gulu on special duties. And it was 7.00am, still early in the Morning. We took it to be just propaganda and laughed it off before I hung up.
I immediately received a message of the said picture on my whatsapp. And saw a post on Facebook about the same. The post was insinuating that General Walu was next. Eeeeeh, it was serious and frightening. I showed the picture and the Facebook post to my wife Sumiin. She looked frightened at first and then with a sarcastic eye lamented that; "ABASAJJA BWEMUTYO TEMUMANYI KYEMWAGALA. ATE TEMUMATIRA. KYOKA FFE BEMULEKERA EBIZIBU." Sumiin being a women activist, I just kept quiet. I was not ready to start an argument that was not going to end soon. Kuba abasajja beyali anenya nabo tebakwana bisolo. I organised myself and left for work at Parliament.
Throughout the day the pictures of the posters and leaflets were trending on social media. General Walusimbi was a member of parliament representing the army. He was big, and influential to the executive and in the army. This made the citizens feel concerned about the issue.
However being time of elections it was taken as mere propaganda against the General by the opposition. You know Walusimbi was always seen as a sympathizer of the government. At the same time it was believed to be an act of some government officials to tarnish his name against the executive. Walusimbi was seen as the blue eyed man of the President. This also created him enemies within the ranks. Rumours were circulating that they wanted to destroy that relationship.
Meanwhile in town General Walu as he was popularly known was the centre of discussion, between more than two people gathered that day. They were insinuating various situations. About his fate. Some concluded that it was his own stunt to create sympathy before the executive.
I called General Walusimbi again at around midday to confirm the rumour. He had also received the message from his bitter wife accusing him of promiscuity, that there is no smoke without fire. We laughed it off again. He was about to fly back to Kampala.
In the evening we met at Kampala club. Things were very normal. With other parliamentarians and friends, we joked about the incident left it there to hang. At the club, there was a fund raising drive for some honourable's wedding where General Walu contributed one million shillings cash.
The following day, my wife Sumiin was supposed to travel to Arusha for a womens conference. I had to drop her at the airport in the evening because she was supposed to check in at 6.00pm.
Very early in the Morning, I had a meeting with my campaigning team in the constituency. So I woke up very early to reach there. By 2.30pm I was done with the meeting to drive back to Kampala.
Because of the period for elections I used to receive many calls on both lines. There was this anonymous caller who called me on both lines many times but his words were so distorted I could hardly hear anything.
The caller repeated for over 10 times nga ngezaako okumuwuliriza naye nga byayogera tebitegeerekeka. This call repeated in intervals of 2 and 3 hours.

Can semen retention make you earn more money?
There is nothing wrong with earning a lot of money, even less than if you earn it easily. Most people are afraid of money, an unconscious fear. Thatโs why they usually stay far away from it their entire lives.
Most people would actually feel bad if they earned a lot of money. But making money is very easy, money is always close to us, even if we don't notice it or try not to see it.
The limits are set by ourselves. We canโt blame others, or bad luck, or our โdestiny,โ or our karma, or God. Those are just excuses we use to hide our fear of success and our own incapacity.
Only we choose. Only we are responsible for our fortune or misfortune.
It's been said that being poor is a choice, just like being a thief.
Money is something very important. Many say โmoney doesn't bring happinessโ but it does calm the nerves.
Just as one must change mentally to earn a lot of money, so too will earn money trigger even greater psychological change within us.
For initiates, money has always carried deep spiritual and transcendent meaning.
It takes great mental power to conquer and master matter, and to act successfully in the physical world. This is our responsibility for being trapped in dense matter.
According to alchemy, the gold that the adept was to create in his lab was in fact a parallel process to his own spiritual transformation. They are two faces of the same phenomenon.
As a man gains power over himself, he automatically gains power over the physical world. Itโs not only necessary to be awake and full of energy to make money easily, but also to keep it.
The latter is the most difficult. Remember the saying: โThe higher you climb the mountain, the stronger the wind will blowโ.
An inferior man, even if he won the lottery or inherited a fortune, would quickly lose it all. His weakened mind couldn't bear the pressure of wealth. He'd become prone to accidents, bad business, or illness. Heโd quickly abandon the wealth and return to the same or worse condition he was in before.
To make money, you must abandon suffering and energy deficiency. There are no rich or poor people, only people with or without energy.
Suffering is easy. What's hard is being able to withstand happiness.
Man does not fear pain, he is afraid of liberation. You must be prepared to receive money without being destroyed by it or suffering the consequences.
The accumulation of wealth is a direct result of the accumulation of sexual energy in the brain.
If that energy doesn't decrease, neither will your riches.
Money must be a means, never the goal. What should truly concern us is the liberation of our spirit. From this world, we carry only our spiritual victories and accomplishments.
Money will stay here, on Earth. But it can greatly help us in this physical realm if we are worthy of it.
In front of a superior man, matter quickly yields and obeys.
Making a lot of money in business is very easy, but for the inferior man, drained of energy, it becomes impossible.
If a man wastes his sexual energy, he remains asleep, in a state of permanent lethargy and constant stupidity.
This type of man, destroyed by excessive orgasms, and even more so if he frequently masturbates, is unable to succeed in business or even at work. At best, he will spend his life in a mediocre, dead-end job. That's the best-case scenario. He will always be poor, poor in energy, and poor in money.
A man who ejaculates less often may at least get closer to financial abundance and enjoy its fruits, if only for a short while.
As his cycles of semen retention and loss go, so will his periods of prosperity and poverty.
Sometimes rich. Sometimes poor.
When sexual energy is accumulated internally, financial success and bank accounts accumulate externally. Conversely, the loss of energy is followed by all sorts of problems and difficulties: โbad luckโ in business, poor decisions, unforced errors, and the slow collapse of everything achieved.
Thereโs something similar in the Bible: the passage where the Israelites start losing the battle every time Moses, atop the mountain, lowers his arms.
But when he holds them up, victory returns to his people.
Financial disasters teach us more than success. They teach us one key lesson: never lower your arms.
By always keeping them up, firm, we won't suffer poverty and lack.
The same message appears in the story of Samson, who lost his strength when Delilah cut his hair while he slept. Lying in bed with a woman, one must stay alert, Samson paid dearly.
Now, in the case of the awakened, superior man, the one who stores and cultivates the emanations of his sexual essence in the brain, his financial fate will be completely different.
He will always be rich.
Transformed by the seminal retention, he will never again know poverty.
The secret is this:
As sexual energy builds up inside the man, his outer wealth grows alongside it.
One brings the other, as if by magic.
Such a man won't make bad decisions. He will always have the best ideas and execute them effortlessly. Everything he touches turns to gold, because heโs in sync with success at all times.
He has bet on the supreme power of the spirit, and the spirit now backs him.
He can no longer lose.
Making and keeping money will always be easy for him.
Money is for the strong, not the weak. But anyone can become strong if they do what must be done.
โGood luckโ in business comes from the inner balance that strength brings. In the world of money, we need men who are increasingly strong and energized.
Even to attend a job interview or a business meeting, you must accumulate energy beforehand.
The more sexual energy your brain holds, the more energy you'll have, and energy attracts money.
You must raise your sexual energy from your semen to your brain.
