Thanks to @AmericanAir we have now missed our biggest sales day of the year for our small bakery business, and they won’t even refund our tickets! We have now missed 1 day of our vacation and our biggest sales day of the year. No employee has even said sorry. This is a joke!

I am so disappointed and upset with @AmericanAir. Now due to mechanical delays we are going to miss a whole day of our vacation at @DisneyStudios because they overbooked and wouldnt move us to the earliest flight. I am sad to be missing a whole day at the happiest place on earth
