I also visited local @KaleraProduce & saw their amazing innovation of sustainable produce by using vertical farming.
How can we feed a growing population sustainably? Kalera offers a solution, using an estimated:
✔️95% less water compared to traditional field farming
✔️99% less land compared to traditional field farming
Last year, Kalera used an estimated 95% less water than traditional field farming, but that’s not good enough for us!
We pledge to use an estimated 97% less water than traditional field farming by 2030. 💪
