Still can´t get over how the colossal cheetah Acinonyx pleistocaenicus was apparently larger than any other cat in its ecosystem, with Homotherium ultimum being about half its size. These two cats would've coexisted (almost surely not peacefully) in Asia around 800.000 years ago.
@HodariNundu@cam1502 Lmao, didn’t you know H. ultimum had projectile saber teeth that exploded upon impact. This is how they were able to take down large prey in fact.
My rooster died in glorious single combat at the door of the coop, protecting the flock from a red tailed hawk. He was a noisy pain in the ass, but his did us all proud in the end.
