Adding features feels productive.

Deleting one can make the app better.

Building an app has made me realize how different “cool technology” and “good product” are.

You can have incredibly impressive tech underneath.

If the user has to think too hard about how to use it, you still built a bad product.

Take existing app.

Add chatbot.

Put “AI” in the name.
