This is an important point you are raising. Also, with all these apartments, malls and shopping centers sprouting everywhere, the problem may not be a lack of capital. May be the key players (musicians) have not behaved in a manner that allows investors to see them (and their industry) as a serious investment opportunity.

Thank you for your generosity, counsel. However, repeatedly and publicly painting young lawyers as broke and desperate greatly (and unfairly) depreciates their value before the general public. This adversely affects their earning power and further distorts their negotiation position regarding fees and general compensation for effort.
