Plain fact is that the planet does't need more successful people. But it does desperately need more peacemakers, healers, restorers, storytellers, and lovers
@thomas_wier Hi Thomas! May I use this occasion and ask you about the origins of the most famous "ტყ" in the Georgian language? 😅 I remember someone telling me it's from the Arabic "ტყნ" meaning spear or spearing something.

Russia’s Deputy Foreign Minister recently stated that, in order to achieve peace, NATO must “withdraw” from the Baltic states. Many found this shocking—but the demand is not new.
As early as the 1990s, when it became clear that newly independent states from the former Warsaw Pact and the Soviet Union might join NATO, the Alliance sought to assuage Russian concerns by signing the NATO-Russia Founding Act in 1997. The document aimed to mitigate Russian objections to NATO’s enlargement.
One of its key political commitments was that NATO would refrain from deploying “substantial” permanent combat forces in the territory of new member states. In return, the Act reaffirmed core international principles, including respect for sovereignty, territorial integrity, and the UN Charter.
Russia has since repeatedly violated these very principles - most notably with its full-scale invasion of Ukraine in 2022.
Trump’s latest statement makes one thing very clear: he is abandoning his promises to work to end the war.
There are no more calls for peace, no more “Vladimir, stop” moments. And what Trump wrote should be taken as nothing other than "Yes, Russia will kill. And I'm not going to do anything about it." Instead of taking a clear stance or offering a real solution, he shifts the focus—this time, toward Iran.
This is exactly what dictators like Putin see in Trump: someone who gives up easily, who changes the subject when things get complicated. They don’t see strength—they see a man who retreats when challenged. And it’s only a matter of time before other dictators, including Iran or China, realize just how morally weak Trump is—if they haven’t already.
What’s even worse is that Trump once again tries desperately to save Putin, pretending that Putin somehow has real influence over Iran and that he’s someone you can actually negotiate with. Trump acts like Putin is partially aligned with the West, as if there’s common ground to be found.
But it’s obvious that Putin’s once again, simply playing Trump like a fool—manipulating him effortlessly, like an adult dealing with a naive child full of overconfidence.
‼️More information from the Ukrainian sources regarding today’s drone attack on Russian airbases:
“Ukraine's Security Service (SBU) carried out this sabotage operation, which is considered one of the most damaging losses for Russia in terms of cost and impact on its strategic nuclear forces.
According to sources, 41 Russian aircraft—including strategic bombers and military transport planes—were hit at four different bases. Part of the drones used autonomous target guidance, with results to be confirmed via satellite imagery.
An SBU agent group covertly transported 150 small attack drones and 300 munitions into Russia. Out of these, 116 drones were launched.
The drones were controlled via Russian telecommunications networks, with automated guidance systems. Several mobile launch points were established near the bases of Russia’s strategic aviation.
The drones attacked from close range during daylight hours, deep behind Russian lines. Despite the presence of layered air defenses—SAM systems, electronic warfare, and armed patrols—the Russian military was caught off-guard, having expected nighttime attacks by larger drones, not small quadcopters in broad daylight.
The most successful strike occurred at the Olenya airbase, where Tu-95 bombers were stationed. Several aircraft were completely destroyed after drones hit fully fueled tanks.
Key results:
•Billions of dollars in combat equipment destroyed
•Loss of strategic bombers that Russia can no longer replace
•A weakened strike capability for future attacks on Ukrainian cities
•Russia will now have to invest heavily in base security
Importantly, all SBU agents involved have safely returned to Ukraine, and there were no reported Ukrainian losses. This was a large-scale, high-tech operation with no known global precedent in terms of execution and effect.”

NEW: The U.S. Justice Department sent armed U.S. Marshals to deliver a letter warning a fired career pardon attorney Liz Oyer about testifying to Congress, calling them off only when she acknowledged having received the letter by email, her lawyer said in a letter.
In his first term, Trump said Hitler "did some good things."
In January, Elon proudly gave a Nazi salute.
Yesterday, Rep. Self quoted Joseph Goebbels, chief Nazi propaganda minister, on the House floor.
They know what they're doing.
Joseph Goebbels was a literal Nazi and one of Hitler's closest allies.
To my Republican colleagues, it is probably best not to quote him during a congressional hearing.
This is sickeningly chilling:
Adolf Hitler’s rise to power was marked by a systematic campaign to dismantle democratic institutions, suppress dissent, and undermined democratic elections, while dehumanizing minority groups.
Shortly after taking power in 1933, Hitler’s regime began reshaping how German history and culture were presented to the public while demanding loyalty instead of institutional allegiance. The Nazis purged museums, universities, libraries, and cultural institutions of anything that contradicted their ideology. School curricula and museum exhibits were rewritten to glorify the Aryan race and erase Germany’s responsibility for World War I. Any content deemed "degenerate" or "un-German" was removed.
Hitler then undermined judicial independence by pressuring judges to conform to Nazi ideology and calling for the expulsion of those judges who did not. Hitler and his propaganda machine frequently claimed that protesters and political opponents were not genuine, but rather paid agitators working for foreign interests—especially Communists and Jews. This narrative helped justify violent crackdowns and mass arrests.
His regime also crushed independent journalism, replacing it with tightly controlled propaganda that manipulated public opinion. Hitler sent thousands of people who were perceived threats to concentration camps without trials or due process.
Most significantly, he cast aside the constitutional limits of the Weimar Republic, which destroyed any remaining constitutional limits on his rule.
Yes, we sent an innocent father of two to a concentration camp and will leave him there to die.
Yes, I'm lying to you by saying he's a gang member, which was never alleged or proven.
But it's all justified because he had some speeding tickets.
Unthinkable evil and depravity.
The recipient of Elon's first $1 million check in Wisconsin, Nicholas Jacobs, has the same name and looks very similar to the chairman of the Wisconsin College Republicans.
New Rubio order (leaked to me) directs the State Department to spy on student visa holders and applicants social media for "a hostile attitude toward U.S. citizens or U.S. culture (including government, institutions, or founding principles).”
