When power is pursued through narrow, self-serving ambitions, democracy becomes the first casualty. Bangla-Birodhi BJP, having failed to earn the trust of Bengal’s people, now resorts to muzzling those very voices by stripping citizens of their voting rights.
Democratic institutions are being bent to partisan will, dissent is criminalised, and even the living are coerced into fearful silence. On the sacred soil of Nadia, enveloped by waves of faith, love, and countless blessings, one eternal truth shone brighter than ever. That the people of Bengal are prepared to turn the page on this era of Zamindari oppression.
With the blessings of our Maa, Mati, Manush, Bengal will rise, reclaim its rights, and restore its democratic pride.

Democracy is punished.
Criminals are rewarded.
Agencies are weaponised.
Elections are manipulated.
JAIL the PROTESTERS.
BAIL the RAPISTS.
This is BJP’s version of New India.
Even if the rest of the country is forced to surrender,
Bengal will resist.
We will fight you tooth and nail
and defeat you,
no matter how much force you unleash. #AbarJitbeBangla

Bengal, our beloved motherland, is being hounded, humiliated, maligned, and vilified by Bohiragoto Bangla-Birodhi Zamindars who thrive on lies and propaganda, increasingly in the digital space where the battle now rages.

Unforeseen floods and landslides have devastated parts of the northern districts of West Bengal, bringing immense suffering and causing severe loss to lives, livelihoods and property.
In light of this tragedy, the GoWB has appealed to everyone to contribute to the West Bengal State Disaster Management Authority (WBSDMA) Fund to support immediate rescue, relief and long-term rehabilitation efforts for the affected communities.
In solidarity with the people of my state, I have contributed ₹1,00,000 to the WBSDMA Fund.
In these testing times, every act of kindness matters. I appeal to all to come forward and generously contribute to stand beside those who have lost so much in this man-made tragedy.
You can extend your support as per the details mentioned here.
At a time of crisis, Hon’ble Chief Minister @mamataofficial has urged everyone to choose compassion over criticism and to stand beside the people, not apart from them.
To support the flood and landslide-affected families of North Bengal, the Chief Minister has personally contributed ₹5 lakh to a Special Relief Fund. All State Ministers will also contribute ₹1 lakh each to this fund.
She has also appealed to citizens to come forward and extend their help. Because in moments of disaster, what Bengal needs most is unity, not noise and propaganda.
Bengal waited for progress. The Bangla-Birodhi PM waited for cameras.
.@MamataOfficial built the plans, the foundations, the growth.
.@narendramodi just flew in, cut ribbons, grinned & stole credit.
#CreditDidiNotModi#GoBackModi
Smt. @MamataOfficial has stayed true to her word, fulfilling the demands raised by @wb_jdf with major reshuffles in @KolkataPolice and @WBPolice.
We once again appeal to the junior doctors to call off their cease-work and resume duties so that normalcy is restored and those in need can receive the care they deserve.
'Please do not stand outside in the rain. We have arranged a place for you inside.'
Smt. @MamataOfficial empathetically appeals to the junior doctors to enter her residence and have a discussion to resolve their concerns according to the terms conveyed through the letter.
GoWB:
👉🏻 Allowed 34 representatives to participate in the meeting
👉🏻 Created an open platform for a free & candid conversation
👉🏻 Ensured full transparency by arranging video documentation
Despite these efforts, the junior doctors still refused to engage in open dialogue.
A young boy from Konnagar lost his life today following a road accident, after BLEEDING FOR 3 HOURS WITHOUT RECEIVING MEDICAL ATTENTION, a consequence of the ongoing protest by doctors in response to the #RGKar incident. While the demands of the junior doctors are both fair and valid, I urge them to protest in a way that doesn't disrupt essential medical services. Allowing a death due to PREVENTABLE NEGLECT is tantamount to CULPABLE HOMICIDE. If the protest has to continue, it should be done constructively, with empathy and humanity, ensuring no more lives are put at risk through inaction or neglect. 🙏🏻
Public representatives across party lines need to be more HUMBLE and SYMPATHETIC. I urge everyone in @AITCofficial not to speak ill of anyone from the MEDICAL FRATERNITY OR CIVIL SOCIETY. Everyone has the right to protest and express themselves— This is what sets West Bengal apart from other BJP-ruled states. We have wholeheartedly fought against the BULLDOZER MODEL AND OPPRESSION TACTICS of politics. Now is the time for constructive actions to ensure such horrific incidents are not repeated. Bengal must stand united in this fight and not stop until the perpetrators are punished and an ANTI-RAPE Time Bound law is enacted by both the states and Union government.
I have written this letter to the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India in connection with an earlier letter of mine to him. This is a second letter in that reference.
I detect a malicious disinformation campaign in some print, electronic and digital media which has been unleashed with reference to a speech that I made in our students' programme yesterday.
Let me most emphatically clarify that I have not uttered a single word against the (medical etc.) students or their movements. I totally support their movement. Their movement is genuine. I never threatened them, as some people are accusing me of doing. This allegation is completely false.
I have spoken against BJP. I have spoken against them because, with the support of the Government of India, they are threatening the democracy in our State and trying to create anarchy. With support from Centre, they are trying to create lawlessness and I have raised my voice against them.
I also clarify that the phrase ("phonsh kara") that I had used in my speech yesterday is a quote from Sri Ramakrishna Paramahansa Deva. The legendary saint had said that occasionally there is need to raise one's voice. When there are crimes and criminal offences, voice of protest has to be raised. My speech on that point was a direct allusion to the great Ramakrishnite saying.
Over the past 10 days, while the nation has been protesting against the #RGKarMedicalcollege incident and demanding justice, 900 RAPES have occurred across different parts of India - DURING THE VERY TIME WHEN PEOPLE WERE ON THE STREETS PROTESTING AGAINST THIS HORRIBLE CRIME.
Sadly, a lasting solution still remains largely undiscussed.
With 90 RAPES REPORTED DAILY, 4 EVERY HOUR AND 1 EVERY 15 MINUTES - the urgency for a decisive action is clear. We need strong laws that mandate TRIALS & CONVICTIONS WITHIN 50 days, followed by the severest punishments, not just empty promises. State governments must act and urgently push the Union for a comprehensive anti-rape law that ensures swift and strict justice. Anything less is merely symbolic and tragically ineffective.
WAKE UP INDIA!
#ShahidDibas is a reminder of our relentless struggle as we fought for the rights of Bengal with courage and strength.
Our past gives us the inspiration to strive for the future.
21'e July Dharmatala Cholo!

Off Stage: Kaala Paisa Jamaunga Aur Jamaane Doonga!
Will PM @narendramodi stick to his words and take action against BJP leader Samit Mandal, caught with unaccounted cash worth ₹35 lakhs right after the PM’s meeting in Kharagpur yesterday?
In the presence of our Nat'l GS, Shri @abhishekaitc, BJP's outgoing MP from Jhargram, Kunar Hembram, proudly took up the Trinamool Congress flag.
We wholeheartedly welcome him to the Trinamool Congress family. Together, we are committed to fighting for the welfare of our Ma, Mati, Manush!
