Also note, in this particular section no one is responding complains after 10PM. They are not even responding the call post 10PM ,Pls sensitize staff to improve service quality. It is critical.

No Electricity is at Mangala vihar Sisupalgarh Bhubaneswar. Complain raised at Lingaraj substation but no one is bothering the issue. Too hot and frequently Electricity is going on regularly in this area. Kindly look into the matter.
