Green City Master Plan proposes green areas and eco-parks within individual plots.However, why create additional eco-parks in Kinyinya when the area already has the large Gishanga wetland along its lower boundary,which could serve a similar environmental and recreational purpose?

@CityofKigali, we kindly request your support in resolving this issue. It has taken so long, and we still have no clear information on what comes next after the master plan’s finalization, especially regarding the expropriation of plots affected by its provisions.

The slow pace of the Green City project continues to test the patience of those of us already living here, as well as potential future residents.

Il fut un temps, en tant que ministre et candidat, où je vous ai soutenu, mais cela, c'était avant.

Aujourd'hui, Monsieur le Président, je tiens à vous dire que ces jeunes qui ont pris les armes n'ont pas eu la même chance que moi et surtout, ils ne pourront pas tous venir vivre en #France comme moi.

En 1996, le 22 novembre, j'étais zaïrois le matin, et à 13h00 je ne l'étais plus. Ma nouvelle vie a commencé à ce moment-là. Mais je ne suis pas seul. Cela fait bientôt 30 ans. Et pourquoi ?

Monsieur le Président, puisque vous avez l'oreille de Tshisekedi, dites-lui de venir à la table des négociations avec ses compatriotes.

Comment expliquer que Mme la ministre des Affaires étrangères, née d'un père allemand, ait le droit d'être congolaise, alors que des milliers d'enfants, nés d'un parent ou de deux parents rwandophones, essentiellement Tutsis, n'ont plus droit d'être chez eux ?
