@AmazonHelp I appreciate the help woth the first issue, however my other refund has not come through. Could this please be sorted? Associates putting the phone down on me and I'mtrying to listen then they cut me off. Some have been really rude and im a prime member for 10+ years.

@AmazonHelp I am livid. Your customer agents have hung up on me twice now. Tried to complain but to no avail and I keep getting the robotic answer but my refund should have shown in my bank already as another refund that was initiated yesterday iw showing as pending in my bank.
