5) Starve the poor for 5 years, and just before elections offer a few thousand rupees in a government scheme from taxpayers money.
6) Polarize voters using religion and Hindutva supremacy 
7) Monopolize funds and resources; leave opposition bankrupt.

Our cup of public humiliation is brimming over. This is economic dystopia.
