I want to raise a serious complaint regarding Train No. 59024.
Passengers paying 4 times more for First Class are being forced to travel standing, while railway staff are occupying/seated in First Class seats.

I was informed that the matter was forwarded to concerned officials for ticket-checking and monitoring, but I have still not received any details of the actual action
