@airtelnews - I have logged a new connection request for wi fi and paid the money in advance, I have now been waiting for 4 days and am still waiting. I have called multiple times and no one is able to proceed with refund or proceed with installation

@amazon @amazonIN I am really disappointed with the level of service for one of my recent orders. The prepaid order was supposed to be delivered on 19th May.. and Has not been delivered till now. Everytime I reach out to customer care they say it is out for delivery.

The price now also has been increased by 3k .. I really don’t understand what is going behind the scenes but this is unacceptable. If you are not able to deliver the product .. fine atleast cancel the order and refund the money. I have been chasing up on this for last 5 days now
