@KLM you denied cousin at a check in desk saying he was unfit to fly, based on how he looks. This is the second time you've denied him boarding a flight and now have blacklisted him!? Can you share your discriminatory checks with everyone please?
@British_Airways you cancelled our flights 2 days before my brother's wedding in April with no alternatives. No one answering your phone lines and 0 customer service. Is there anyone in BA willing to help their customers? Or do you reserve all your attention on taking our money

@SkyHelpTeam They keep passing her between teams. Shes been on the phone for hours. She's been told she'll get a call back and no one gets back. It was a half price black Friday (agreed in November!! ) that hasn't been honoured!
