Today
CRED is ready for its next phase. I am stepping back and @miten steps in as interim CEO, partnered with an incredibly talented team. He has been heading strategy and finance and suffering me since 2020. I’m stepping away from the operating role and will continue as a shareholder. My commitment doesn’t change. Just the role.
Extremely grateful to our members, partners, regulators, and investors who made this possible. And to our board, Shailendra, Micky, Saurabh for their extraordinary conviction.
Team CRED, I’ll still expect you to be a 10x version of yourselves.
As for me, I’ll be joining Meta to lead WhatsApp globally.
Meta comes in as a minority investor in CRED. No access to member data.
While it’s come very far, the delta between WhatsApp today and its full potential is massive. I look forward to working with Mark, Chris, and the leadership across Meta for the next step in WhatsApp’s journey. Will, thank you for scaling something the world relies on quietly, and for making this transition smooth.
Onwards.
Amitabh Tiwari @politicalbaaba is today among the very few people who truly work with election data by going deep into the numbers. Through his initiative, @VoteVibeIndia , he has made real-time study of elections in Bengal, Tamil Nadu, and Assam possible through actual surveys—not just once, but repeatedly—to understand the public mood as it evolves. I have known him for years, and during this election I had the opportunity to meet him and present him with my book, Battleground Bengal published by @penguinrandom
"A civilization is rebuilt by builders, not by commentators. By those who believe that truth exists and is worth devoting oneself to."....
.... exactly, civilization cannot be sustained by those who can deconstruct everything but do not know how to construct anything
We are deeply saddened by the passing of Dr. Radhakrishnan Pillai, acclaimed author, leadership thinker, and educator who brought timeless wisdom on leadership and life into contemporary conversations, inspiring countless readers, professionals, and young leaders to think with purpose, integrity, and vision.
Our heartfelt condolences to his family, friends, colleagues, students, and the many lives he touched through his enduring legacy.
Back in #Kolkata, my electrician was a gentleman called Susanta. Used to live at Bondel Road. I have furniture that dates back more than 400 yrs. One day he said "Even we had such furniture once" I am like "How come? What happened to it?" His response literally froze me for.. 1/2
#VoteVibe didn’t chase noise. We read the ground.
4 states on the board | 3 clean hits | 1 miss
Kerala - nailed.
Assam - nailed the call, near-hit on the number.
West Bengal - nailed.
Tamil Nadu - missed. Owned.
No spin. No escape routes.
Just sharp calls, clean hits, and one honest miss.
3.5 on 4. We’ll take that.

One political consultancy has already brought down 4 incumbent governments after supporting them. Interestingly, 3 out of 4 CM even lost their own seats, and only CM who managed to retain his seat saw his party win just 11 out of 175 seats!!

Rahul Ji our post on Results Day just crossed 1 million views — turns out quiet data work has a way of travelling very loudly 😄🙏
It’s breaking the “X”.
@VoteVibeIndia@CNNnews18
I really lile the way he explains his numbers. It's never a dry number crunching, he comes with a reason behind it.. I have always maintained that reading glass half full or empty is most critical part of survey science. Amitabh does it in sober and balanced way. Congratulations to both of you. 👏👏👏
#BengalResults2026 | In Malda, Murshidabad & Dinajpur, TMC wins weren’t just intact: they were huge despite voter deletions
So did SIR really swing the election? @politicalbaaba shares his views

3.5 out of 4. Right where it matters.
Bengal ✅ Kerala ✅ Assam ✅
And in Tamil Nadu, we called out DMK will NOT win.
We saw it before anyone else did. When other pollsters played it safe, Team #VoteVibe put the numbers out.
That’s what data with honesty looks like.
