It's bn 20 days I flew frm YYZ-LOS & my bag wit personal valuables & gifts is stil missin wit NO RESPONSE frm @EGYPTAIR despite repeated mails. I hav never experienced such a level of disregard frm a service provider @Transport_gc@OmarAlghabra

@EGYPTAIR I did send a DM but all I got was to send mails to mybaggage which were never responded to. Itβs 11 days gone without my bag, my outward journey back to YYZ is on the 8th Jan. Just 4 days to go. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND SAD.
