@MarkCCrowley I do! And earlier in my career I had a director level manager who would take a 30 min nap in jet office. Work is fluid and it's ok to take a power nap to recharge. Especially since remote workers tend to work longer hours.

@MarkCCrowley @BarbaraKimmel Yes, half of that number is from corporate services. But I think people are missing the big picture. They are automating the jobs and moving them to low cost locations. They will then encourage others to do the same so they can consult on the transformation.

Something I'll never understand,

Companies don't give attractive pay raises

Someone else comes along and pays them more

The company then ends up giving a pay raise to a new employee when they hire them at the market rate

It's more expensive to hire than it is to retain
