Dstv. Kenya I cannot view news or any TV channel. What is this signal thing and E48-32. I have tried clearing the error using *423# and only getting a message that you will come back after one hour which is not happening.

Zuku connection are just a disappointment especially Kahawa Sukari side.

This Zuku WiFi connection thing is just disappointing. Other companies are rushing to make sure that their customers are well connected during this Stay at Home period. After paying for a WiFi connection, it’s now the second week with unprofessional excuses.

@KenElvisM @ZukuOfficial Zuku WiFi is very inconvenient. I paid for the connection on 6th April and still no communication acc. 919906 Kahawa Sukari. This is costing me a lot by looking for alternative internet. Kindly advise.
