@EurekaForbes Its been two months now, nothing been done about the refund of my first wrong ID AMC inspite of several mails and calls from my side.
The issue was posted on Twitter, they did follow it up but now I figured they cancelled my original AMC instead of the one I complained about!

PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN BUYING AMC ON EUREKA FORBES WEBSITE, YOU MIGHT END UP BUYING AMC FOR SOMEONE ELSE.

Worst experience with Eureka Forbes service. Still not solved.

@EurekaForbes I needed to install my aqua-guard urgently, so I purchase another AMC trusting @EurekaForbes

For installation service the guy charged me Rs 950/ additionally since its not included in purchased AMC.
There was no filter change done though.

Ahmad from Lokhandwala store informs today my order not sent bec few items out of stock, n for the other few he won’t sent someone the distance!

11/03/24 - registered through Eureka Forbes website, booked a AMC for the price of Rs.2199. Due to faulty website the product got registered into someone else’s name.
Customer service person assured refund.

31/03/24 - Still waiting for refund.
