Lagos is honestly Just a dirty state ngl

In Governor Sanwo-Olu's 7 years in office, he has taken several steps to clean Lagos but Lagosians complain the State is still dirty and smelly.

Once in a while, someone takes to social media to complain how dirty Lagos is. They complain about how the state is smelling or residential parts are being turned into dumping grounds. The latest complaint was from a Lagosian driving past Fadeyi to complain about the same problem.

While this problem persist, the Governor has actually taken steps to clean Lagos like equipping LAWMA and PSP with more trucks, banning single-use plastics, bringing back the monthly environmental sanitation, and more.

Despite his efforts, residents complain Lagos is still dirty. While Governor Sanwo-Olu's actions are commendable, maybe what is needed is stricter actions to punish people that contribute to making our state dirty.

2023 - I got laid off.

Again, I love rejections because
it means I'm just one step closer to winning

2018 - Graduated from Uni with a Second Class Upper.
2022 - Landed my dream job at Shopify.
2023 - Got approved to be a UK Global Talent
2025 - Got into Stanford University Graduate School of Business
2026 - Spoke at a conference in London
2026 - Got recognized as a Rising Star in London.
