Can someone tell us why our little section of New Stevenston Road didn't have our bins emptied on Saturday? Surely you're not going to make us wait nearly 3 weeks for our general waste to be collected?

Only doing this here as you now can't call anyone to tell them

@nlcpeople Funny, when you do this it tells you to go online, where the only option is to report your own bin, not the entire street's.

But I guess someone saw this, they're finally emptied

Is it normal delivery procedure for drivers to throw packages over a fence to the back step? Got an email saying my package was delivered to the back door, but my garden gate is padlocked and I have a security camera that would have told me if someone was there.
