One year ago today, on my mentor Alf Ward’s birthday, I went to Switzerland to study Guilloche.

Over the past year I’ve worked hard to hone my skills and am currently developing new silver Guilloche designs.

This silver brooch pin was a unique custom commission inspired by my client’s travels to Venice, Italy and the Ferro da Prua on the bow of the gondolas used to ferry people around the historic city. The distinctive “S” curve and comb like shape represents the Venetian geography.
