@etihad we were stuck in EY 140 at Toronto for over 6 hrs with no air conditioning and only a sandwich and water. The captain would only say sorry and one hour more when passengers would argue with the crew. We missed our connecting flights . Terrible is not the word here.

@Prabhje32426085 If suffering at Toronto airport wasn’t enough, they made one additional stop at Kuwait for change of crew which also took additional 2 hours. After arriving at Abu Dhabi airport we are still waiting to get connecting flight!
