KH 🏀💡 Throwback Series: Jess Orr - Jess is easily one of the most improved players over the last several years and its no secret why... she works harder and puts in more time than most! On the court she stands out for her shooting, defense, team work and effort!
KH 🏀💡 Player Spotlight: Titus, Jamal & Ethan - The most important things for young players to develop are a strong work ethic and a deep internal drive to get better... and these boys represent exactly that. They consistently push themselves and each other during every workout.
KH 🏀💡 Throwback Series: That time Bronwyn baked us cookies and made us the best card ever! She actually does this every time one of our seasonal skill groups finish up and it's one of the MANY reasons why we love her! Spreading positive energy is what our groups are all about!
KH 🏀💡 Throwback Series: First Travel Tournament with the boys - Can't remember if we won a single game, but more importantly the boys bonded and their love for the game grew. We had a lot of fun TOGETHER as a TEAM, and over the years team chemistry has helped make us better.
KH 🏀💡 Throwback Series: Maddy Gobeil - she sets the bar so high for herself, it's no wonder she is an absolute overachiever, on AND off the court. I can honestly say I've never met anyone who works as hard and as consistently as she does, and she's inspiring just to be around!
KH 🏀💡 Throwback Series: Gursevak - It's been a pleasure to watch him work so hard over the years and develop into one of the purest shooters in the city. A great example of someone who is genuinely friendly and nice to everyone off the court, but competes hard on the floor.
KH 🏀💡 Throwback Series: The Sproules - Emily & Dylan always show up with a smile and a great attitude! Both are great teammates who make a positive impact on any group they join. Dylan and Emily have improved tremendously over the years due to their hard work and dedication.
KH 🏀💡 Throwback Series: The Coetzers - Tristan & Brennan have been training with us since day one and have grown a lot as players and as people. They both have a strong combination of skills + athleticism and enjoy showing up to compete. The sky is the limit for these boys!
KH 🏀💡 Throwback Series: The Kulaks (2013?) - Ben & Beau & have done teams, camps, and private sessions over the years and EVERY SINGLE TIME they are an absolute JOY to coach! They're motivated with a true love for the game and show up hungry to learn and willing to work hard.
KH 🏀💡 Throwback Series: Kaashi - Not only is he fearless and willing to take on bigger players, he's a great teammate who stops to help teach things to younger players. Those leadership skills will help him thrive on AND off the court!
KH 🏀💡 Throwback Series: Felix (circa 2014) - He still loves the game as much as he did back then. It's been a real treat watching him mature into such a fine young man over the years and excited to see where he goes from here!

KH 🏀💡 Coach Spotlight: Ryan Porter - We've been fortunate to have Coach Porter assist with his sons U12 club team a few seasons. I remember getting to watch Ryan play and win back in the UCC Sun Demons days and idolized him (and Skye Buck too!) like they were NBA players.
KH 🏀💡 Coach Spotlight: Alan Ho - Al has a unique gift that cannot be taught... As a coach he's like the ultimate big brother who always has your back and makes the team feel like family. He's tough yet supportive, but more importantly the kids know how much he cares about them.
