CANCER JOURNEY 15/20: TODAY WE ENTER ANOTHER STAGE.
While you are asleep, patients are walking to the bus stop at 3AM.
At the mercy of hyenas and thieves, with a hospital file in the bag, to catch the early matatu to C.B.D.
"Fear not, for I am with you... I will strengthen you, I will help you." — Isaiah 41:10
This is not astrology. This is CHEMO. This is real life. Read this. 👇
Mike Mbuvi Sonko is working for William Ruto with William Ruto.
Make no mistake about it.
During the day, he is with the United Alternative and parading himself as part of the opposition. At night, he is with William Ruto, pleading for his corruption case to be overturned.
Any MP elected on Sonko’s party will ultimately be Ruto’s MP.
The party label is merely the packaging.
They are deep inside this plan, and Kenyans must stop looking at the political theatre and start looking at the architecture behind it.
This is not about Sonko.
It is about creating another political vehicle through which Ruto can secure numbers, legitimacy and control.
Sonko is Ruto’s spanner in the works a political tool designed to disrupt, divide and ultimately weaken the opposition while serving the very system he claims to oppose.
Kenyans must look beyond the noise.
The real game is not on the stage.
It is in the architecture behind the stage.
Gathoni Wamuchomba has not ditched UDA.
She has been assigned a new mission: join them, infiltrate their ranks, understand their plans, oppose Ruto publicly, attack the State, and report back.
Do not be naive about the people suddenly presenting themselves as opposition allies.
Not everyone who attacks Ruto is opposed to Ruto.
Some may be there to infiltrate, gather intelligence, identify your plans, map your networks and report back to the State.
Treat every new alliance with caution.
Verify motives.
Protect your strategy.
Protect your people.
Protect your information.
Do not hand over the opposition’s plans, structures and vulnerabilities to people whose loyalty has never been tested.
2027 will not be won by political theatre.
It will be won by organisation, discipline, vigilance and trust earned over time.
Rigathi Gachagua survived 2 assassination attempts on his life.
Who wanted Rigathi Gachagua dead? His best friend a man they prayed together asking God for victory.
In 2022, Luo Nyanza was overwhelmingly on the opposite side of William Ruto.
Central Kenya, including the Kikuyu vote, provided Ruto with substantially stronger support.
Today Ruto has brought some of his former political opponents from Luo Nyanza into the centre of government and, in 2026, ODM announced that it would back his re-election bid.
That is where Greene’s principle becomes interesting.
You don't necessarily bring yesterday’s opponents into your camp because you trust them more than your old allies.
You may bring them in because they have more to prove.
A former opponent who crosses the political divide has an incentive to demonstrate loyalty.
They must convince you that their new allegiance is real.
Meanwhile, those who stood with you when you had little may discover that loyalty does not automatically guarantee political privilege.
That is the game of power.
The question Luo Nyanza must ask is not simply, “Why is Ruto coming to us now?”
The bigger question is:
What does he need from us that he did not need in 2022?
And Kikuyus should ask the opposite:
What does political loyalty actually earn when the game changes?
Never assume political friendship is permanent.
In power politics, yesterday’s enemy can become today’s most useful ally not because the past has been forgotten, but because the new ally has something to prove.
Robert Greene’s 48 Laws of Power says: “Never put too much trust in friends. Learn how to use enemies.”
Look at Kenyan politics through that lens.
Nairobi County Assembly Deputy Clerk Monica, mimi nasimama na wewe.
Aki wazazi, wacha watoto wenu waishi kidogo. 😂
Ian is 22. He is an adult. Monica is 57. She is also an adult.
You may not like the age difference.
You may think the relationship is strange.
You may even disagree with your son’s choices.
But at 22, he is old enough to vote, marry, make his own decisions and take responsibility for his life.
If there is actual evidence that Monica is interfering with his education or welfare, deal with that specifically and let the law take its course.
Lakini mambo ya mapenzi ya watu wawili wazima? Wazazi, wapeni space.
Mtu wa 22 si mtoto wa kushikiliwa mkono kila mahali. Let adults be adults. 😂
Mr President, you keep telling Kenyans that your government has “subsidised” 38 million bags of fertiliser, reducing the price from KSh7,500 to KSh2,000.
But let us ask the uncomfortable question:
How exactly do you subsidise a donation?
Russia donated 260,000 metric tonnes of fertiliser through the UN system to help African farmers.
The UN also facilitated arrangements to get Russian and Ukrainian fertiliser onto global markets.
So when fertiliser comes through donations, international assistance, or global arrangements, why is the government presenting the entire reduction as though it came from money dug out of the Kenyan Treasury?
Kenyans deserve the full audit trail:
Who supplied the fertiliser?
What price was it purchased?
How much did the Treasury actually spend?
How much came through donations or international assistance?
Who were the supplied the fertilizer?
How much was the actual subsidy per bag?
The Ministry itself confirms that the government procures subsidised fertiliser and that the current programme sells it at KSh2,000 per 50kg bag.
Mr President, show Kenyans the books.
Don't just tell us the price went from KSh7,500 to KSh2,000. Tell us who paid the difference.
Kenya receives KSh259 million from China for drought and Ebola response.
But Kenyans know how this government operates.
Money announced for suffering Kenyans has a dangerous habit of becoming private wealth for people close to power.
Before long, we will be hearing about new houses, expensive cars, prime land and unexplained wealth while the people facing drought and disease are left with promises.
Ruto’s appetite for money is no secret.
This KSh259 million must not become another feeding trough for the politically connected.
Publish every agreement. Publish every tender.
Publish every beneficiary.
Let Kenyans follow the money from the donor’s account to the last shilling.
The government has previously disclosed a US$13.5 million U.S. commitment for health-security interventions, including disease surveillance and emergency preparedness.
It is also now reporting that it expects another KSh21 billion from the U.S. for the Ebola response.
The ebola eating Ruto's head is the 2027 August 10th ebola at the ballot.
October 15th.
After the Siaya rally, watch what happens.
I am putting this on record: there may be an announcement concerning the death of the ODM youth leader, with claims that he died on the same day as his younger brother.
President Ruto says Kenya is now Africa’s largest milk producer.
Largest milk producer in Africa when there is no on our supermarket shelves, shops, there's no milk in the houses of ordinary Kenyans?
If production has really jumped from 4.5 billion litres to 5.6 billion litres, then where is this milk? Because Kenyan families are not seeing it. Farmers are still complaining about the cost of production, while consumers are paying through the nose for basic food.
You cannot stand before a hungry country, announce imaginary abundance, and expect people to clap.
If Kenya is producing so much milk, tell Kenyans where the milk went.
The problem is not producing figures on paper. The problem is a government that has mastered the production of statistics while Kenyans struggle to afford the products those statistics are supposed to represent.
Africa's biggest milk producer, yet milk is becoming a luxury. What a government.
Oloo is my good friend, but today I discovered that friendship does not mean you should trust someone with a serious medical question.
So I asked him a very simple question.
“Oloo, suppose a married man cheats, contracts HIV in the process, and unknowingly infects his loyal wife. What happens when the wife tests positive?”
Oloo smiled.
That smile alone made me suspicious.
I asked him again.
“Forget the cheating part. Assume you KNOW this woman is loyal. She doesn't sleep around. What explanation will you give her?”
Oloo looked at me like a professor about to defend a PhD thesis.
Then he said:
“Most men test their HIV status by having sex with you first. After that, they tell you to go to hospital and get tested. Whatever results you get, those are his results too.”
I went silent.
I said, “Oloo, I asked you for an answer, not a new definition of medical testing!”
This man has apparently discovered a new diagnostic method:
Step one: cheat.
Step two: panic.
Step three: send the wife to hospital.
Step four: wait for HER results to know YOUR status.
At that point I told Oloo, “My friend, that is not HIV testing. That is outsourcing your health to an innocent woman!” 😂😂😂
The conversation ended there because I realised Oloo wasn't giving medical advice.
He was giving men's survival strategies. 🤣
A deeply emotional moment unfolded during a family meeting at The Nairobi Hospital, where a sister to Raila Odinga questioned why her brother died while the very things he cherished were slipping away.
ODM was dear to Raila.
Oburu Oginga was his darling.
The party was not merely a political vehicle; it was a movement he spent decades building and defending.
In her anguish, she questioned how people who had vowed to destroy ODM could now be the ones influencing decisions within the Odinga family.
She also raised the issue of Raila’s children, recalling that in 2025, they were asked to stay away from active politics.
Now, she questioned the apparent change in circumstances and the direction the family was taking.
Her words reflected the pain of a sister watching her brother’s political legacy become the subject of difficult family and political questions.
At the heart of her anguish was one fundamental question: How can those who once wanted ODM destroyed now have a say in the future of the party Raila loved?
This was not merely a discussion about politics.
It was a deeply personal confrontation over family, loyalty, legacy and the future of a movement that has shaped Luo Nyanza Political History.
The Ritz-Carlton hotel in the Mara is no longer a plan it is standing, running, and already choking the path of the 8th Wonder of the World, the Great Migration. That is how far greed has pushed this country. A natural miracle that brings global fame, billions in tourism, and irreplaceable ecological value has been sliced open for profit. The man who should have defended it is the same man who ushered in this destruction. That is not leadership it is a betrayal of a global treasure.
@RitzCarlton didn’t just appear in the Mara. They were escorted into it. They sat with the First Family. They toured the Mara in a presidential chopper. They received approval for a project that no responsible nation would ever allow inside a wildlife corridor. And now, fully operational, the hotel stands in the direct path of a migration older than civilization itself. The world looks at Kenya and asks: How did a country blessed with the 8th Wonder allow greed to bulldoze conservation?
This matter is already public. It is already before the courts. And Kenyans know the script. When money touches protected land, when connections reach the highest office, when the president himself launched the same hotel now injuring the corridor everyone understands the risk of interference. A fair process becomes a prayer, not a guarantee. When the head of state is personally entangled in the origins of a project, who believes he will simply stand aside and let justice take its natural course?
Look at it this way @Marriott: if the migration corridor collapses, the migration collapses. And when the migration collapses, the 8th Wonder dies. That isn’t just an ecological tragedy it is an economic funeral. Communities, conservationists, tourism workers, researchers, and future generations will pay a price that cannot be undone. Ecosystems don’t regenerate on command. They don’t recover from greed. Once gone, they are gone forever.
And while we shout about this, while we warn the nation, the same presidency pushes cybercrime laws designed to gag the public. Not to protect security, but to criminalize criticism. Because the truth about greed is more threatening to power than any rumor. A leader who is confident in his integrity doesn’t fear citizens speaking. A leader who fears exposure tries to silence the people. That is exactly why these laws are being forced down our throats so that decisions like this remain unquestioned.
Ruto went to the Mara and launched the first hotel ever built inside a wildlife corridor, with full knowledge of what it meant for the migration. That single act tells you everything: nothing is sacred if money is involved. Not heritage. Not wildlife. Not the 8th Wonder of the World. And if a president can look at that natural miracle and still choose profit over preservation, Kenyans must ask themselves a painful question: if even the Mara can be sold, what in this country is still safe?
Fear and second-guessing in marriages in this day and age because ladies are hiding truth from their husbands that the children are not theirs... and men are doubting that they are the biological parents of the children they're raising.
Eish!!! What's causing all this? Ladies, no judging...
