No House. No Problem. Wild About the Wild Because Outside is The New Inside. Nature. Skies. Dirty Boots. Waterfalls. Bonfires. Camping. #TembeaNaKampAfrique
now this is what oversight involves
Senate Health Committee is on a fact-finding mission and here in Baringo, it's not looking good 13 year of devolution
City of Unlimited Potholes: Nakuru
and @susankihika did not utilize Ksh. 3 billion released in quarter three of FY 2025/26 - Jan to March 2026
such a failure for Nakuru 😭
what's your take on Laban's senate petition to enable citizens to exercise their constitutional rights and recall the president and governors just like the MPs?

through #ManifestoYetu, it's affirmed that youth issues are national issues
both national and county government should use the youth manifesto as a blueprint to address the youth issues
I'm happy to have been part of the process

Former Naivasha MP, famed for the Mututho Laws, gave @YouthserveKe Nakuru a courtesy call during the #ManifestoYetu roundtable
Mututho gave us some bit of history about Kenyan politics, and migrations that we don't get from our history books
however, most importantly, he stressed that as young people we must keep in mind that no one is coming to save us apart from us
#OneYouthOneVoice
Kenyan youth want opportunities that are not limited or reserved for certain class,
Kenyan youth want to have an environment where it's easy to do business and grow the economy,
Kenyan youth want a space where political decisions are not marred by irregularities, discrimination and segregation of minority groups
this is the youth manifesto

online goons will be here in the morning praising the failed government of Kasongo on how it has handled the fuel crisis and 'improved' health when KnH nurses are on strike, a level 4 hospital in Embu looks like a cow shed and Nakuru Level 5 has only 2 doctors
New Fuel Prices upto May:
EPRA has increased fuel prices for the month of April 15 to May 14, 2026
- super petrol up by Sh28 to Sh206 per litre
- desel up by Sh40 to Sh206
-kerosene prices remain unchanged
Have you asked yourself why EPRA has inceased diesel prices by 40 shillings?
it's the highest diesel price increase ever witnessed in Kenya in a single price review cycle
what this means is simple:
- transport will become expensive
- logistics costs rise
- prices for goods will increase sharply
more pain to wanjiku
with the youth forming the largest demographic growth in Kenya, it's very imperative for the government to maximize meaningfully this demographic dividend todrive economic growth
this population is also heavily immersed in the digital and creative economy. Instead of the government aiming to limit digital interaction and penetration, it should create an enabling environment where young people can thrive with inovation and creativity
the 2024 Gen Z awakening is a wake up call not only to the government but also to the young people themselves. this political awaking is captured through #ManifestoYetu where young people have pieced their issues in a priority first format
highlight:
we joined other youth-serving organizations in Nakuru for the #ManifestoYetu roundtable conversation to share, contextualize and amplify youth voices in the Rift Valley.
#TheYouthHub#OneYouthOneVoice
As we head to 2027 and beyond, the youth have the biggest mandate in correcting their historical political segregation and this can only be possible if the youth know exactly what they want
The #ManifestoYetu forum in Nakuru is therefore an important part of this journey
