Managed to book a last-minute holiday to the Canary Islands & I'm so looking forward to the break - been saving up my AL so it's been too long since I last had some proper time away from work 😮‍💨

We've always been a plastic Christmas tree household, but after somehow losing our 15 y/o tree, this year we've bought a real one for the first time 🎄

@Laura_Steelz Really happy for you that you've had a diagnosis & not had too long to wait for it since you were first referred ♥️ Hopefully this helps you going forward & when you find yourself struggling. ADHD in women is criminally under-recognised so really glad you didn't just shrug it off

So I didn't really tell anyone I was doing this in case I didn't stick with it lol, but I've been trying to be healthier & lose some weight since January & as of today I'm down 60lbs 🥳 never stuck to anything for this long before so feeling pretty proud that I kept going with it
