Two big lessons:
1: Never use a token you created as collateral.
2: Don’t borrow if you run a crypto business. Don't use capital "efficiently". Have a large reserve.
Binance has never used BNB for collateral, and we have never taken on debt.

Do Kwon has stated numerous times that TFL has zero new LUNA tokens, making Terra 2 'community owned'. This is an outright lie that nobody seems to be talking about. In fact, TFL owns 42M LUNA, worth over $200m, and they're lying through their teeth. (1/6)
For the past two weeks, my contact at a law firm has been preparing a mass arbitration against Binance US for tortious misrepresentations made about UST. A few hours ago, Binance US sneakily updated the arbitration clause in their terms in an attempt to prevent this. Nice try.
I am happy to announce that three law firms have offered to commit over $15m (maybe more) to this historic fight for justice - they are looking to fund the case and will collect fees on a contingency basis. This could never have happened without all of you. (12/17)
I only just now saw this since I was blocked - if you're going to take the time out to respond to my claim, why not respond to the actual claim made? I never said you had anything to do with Terra nor LUNA. This is about your 30% Serum deal with Jump. Respond properly.
I would like to express my gratitude to all of the researchers, developers, market makers, victims, and of course, the brave whistleblowers who reached out.
I genuinely think that without this community, Terra would have been swept under the rug as your average failed project.
This is important - I like CZ and I think he has good intentions. He cannot control every minute aspect of a behemoth company. This is not his fault. But, in the end, this marketing intern's 'mistake' will likely cost the company dearly - this constitutes misrepresentation. (2/2)
Remember when I shared this? In today's AMA on Reddit, @cz_binance called Binance's 'fiat-backed' claim screenshot a "bad Twitter conspiracy theory." Two hours later, he backpedalled, apologized, and confirmed that the page did really exist and that he would look into it. (1/2)
Once they hit an exchange, the BTC really can go anywhere and it wouldn't be possible to track it via the chain. Deposits can come from one wallet and withdrawals can go out another. CZ and Do Kwon know where the coins really ended up... We don't. Don't make wild accusations.
I think Binance US forgot to take down this article (the main Binance scrubbed all similar claims). "UST is a stablecoin pegged 1:1 to the US Dollar" might get you in trouble, especially when tweeted from the Binance US account. Be careful. Lawyers smell blood...
Amazing. This Binance US article claiming UST was pegged 1:1 to the US dollar was up for over a month. Four hours after I tweeted about it, the article has been taken down - the page now redirects to a 404 error. @SECGov
Do you guys remember when this happened on Binance? Nobody could sell UST under $0.70, presumably as a safety feature to protect against depegs or flash crashes. Was it responsible to remove this floor and allow UST to freefall? I think this is the #1 winning legal angle.
The Korean police are now trying to freeze LFG assets - they have found indications that funds were internally embezzled. Could this be official confirmation of what we have suspected all along? (All LFG funds were controlled entirely by Terraform Labs.)

For context, Terraform Labs are the sole owners of the Luna Foundation Guard wallet. LFG advisors have no legal sway - there are only three official company members - two are TFL employees, including Do Kwon himself. More to come soon, both from this source and from LFG directly.
