@CGR783 @British_Airways Managed to report it again and got the number and was able to fill in description etc … fingers crossed we all get our bags quickly

@British_Airways This is what I got once entering customer account number, booking reference & baggage ticket number … what a joke of a system..

@British_Airways Reported online that bag was missing/delayed only to be told it had already been reported!!! So where is my unique tracking number to chase it up?? Unbelievably bad customer service @British_Airways
