)! After an initial warning about "one-sided betting," I fully complied and actively forced myself to execute Buy (Long) trades even when my system was heavily bearish (as proven in my trade logs). Today, their Risk team (Georgia) permanently closed my account anyway, claiming a "disproportionate buy/sell ratio," and simply stated the decision is final. Are traders supposed to ignore their trading systems and blindly take long trades just to satisfy a hidden ratio? This is an arbitrary rule used to shut down compliant traders. There are so many prop firms out there—never risk your time and money on problematic ones like The5ers! Account permanently locked without justification. I am now initiating a formal chargeback through my bank. Traders, beware!

Got stopped out by an absurd spread spike on a major CFD broker.
📌 Broker (USTEC): Massive wicks at 09:00 & 09:09.
📌 CME MNQ: Completely normal.

This bad tick wiped out my stop & expected profits. Filing an official claim for full refund & lost profits.
Anyone else ?
