Just spent a very long, though productive weekend with SJA in Birmingham for the National Youth Development Conference.

Lovely to catch up with old faces, as well as network with youth teams across the country.

Hugely disappointed with this news. Regulation has been on the cards for many years now, and to hear of yet another delay is a blowing insult. PAs have become an intrinsic role in multiple settings. With the NHS in crisis, who does this benefit?

Do you know why PAs aren't funded?

Is there a plan to allocate funding, post-GMC accreditation?

Has this issue been raised before, given PAs have existed in the UK for 10+ years, and also require placement?

@NHSBSA_Students Hi folks, quick question, is the NHS bursary open to UK Physician Associate students? Personally asking as I do 4 year integrated masters at UCLan, but also wondering for the standard 2 year masters courses also.
