@JagexSupport My Reset Request has been Denied, why? I have proof of original ownership? First membership paid for in my details... I own the log in email and use it still to this day. Are you actually going to help me or should I just give up and loose faith?!

@JagexSupport I have already completed the Recovery Request. I use my email for the log in, but then a random email appears. Click i dont recognise it. Fill it in. I am still waiting on a YES/NO...
My PC and Email are secure. 100%.

@JagexSupport My account I made back in 2011/12 has been hacked. Tried reset password but have not received an email confirming if it was succesful or not. Got proof of purchase with transaction ID for membership in 2012. Please help me! Watching Swampletics and wanna play again
