clokey is an autonomous trading agent for the trenches.
It watches 300+ tokens across three categories:
• New — just launched
• Graduating — approaching migration
• Migrated — Pump/Bonk AMM
(around 50+ prompts a second throughput)
It's becoming increasingly clear that a model's self-image or self-concept has some real influence on how its behavior generalizes to novel settings.
This kind of direct supervised training on text about the model's character seems to be an especially direct way of influencing the model's self-concept.
As the internet seems to have noticed, we also used this written material in a way that seems fairly distinct.
"With Opus 4.5, we didn't just use this spec to produce *rewards* or *demonstrations* that teach the model the behaviors described in the spec. We also trained the model directly on the text of the spec."
@etheraider no that's just you confusing other ecosystems for the L2s that you're used to
this is like if the geth client team changed their name and moved legal headquarters
you either know this and are a charlatan, or you dont know this and should learn to read
No one from Zcash has quit, their entire team of builders at ECC/Zashi is more aligned than ever. If not majority of others
They understood that you can’t let bureaucracy get in the way of the future of freedom. The world will get encrypted money at planetary scale.
Onward.
Day 2 of the IC3 Winter Retreat wrapped up with a TEE tutorial led by @socrates1024 (Teleport, FlashbotsX, IC3) and Cornell Tech PhD student James Austgen (IC3)
Today's presentations will focus on AI, governance, economics and oracles.
More highlights to come!
I was really sorry to hear about this situation.
However, it does also prove a few positive things, as Josh himself points out:
Despite human imperfections, the technology cannot be affected. It always speaks the truth.
Unstoppable private money remains… unstoppable.
I’d also add, despite joking about it earlier, that this situation definitively proves that Zcash does not have a CEO.
Big drama in one (or two now?) of the many Zcash support orgs. None of it involves me or Shielded Labs, and it's not my place to opine on it, except I want you to tell you two things: ⤵️
1. The Zcash network is open source, permissionless, secure, and private, and nothing that happens in this conflict can change that. You can safely continue to use Zcash. 👍 ⤵️
I used to think Product Management is the hardest position given the number of things a top 1% PM has to be good at.
I believe, cracking organic content is the hardest position to fill
Being a top 1% PM is like cracking a 2 digit JEE rank
It is very hard but if you are exceptionally smart, hard working and strategic, you can follow a playbook to win.
Being a top 1% organic content ninja is more like being the best counterstrike or Fortnite player in the world.
There is no set playbook.
You have to be exceptionally smart and exceptionally creative and exceptionally detail oriented.
More importantly you need to have an elite gamer's dedication.
You must practice more than everyone.
And you must be smarter than everyone.
And you must know all the hidden special powers, cheat codes and loopholes of the game.. everything that give you a slight edge over competition.
You should have an innate desire to best the game mechanics.
And test the limits of the game mechanics.
Find all cheat codes and Easter eggs.
Similarly, an organic content ninja must have an innate desire to 'Master' the Instagram /youtube algorithm.
And find the cheat codes.
And most importantly, any serious gamer must be willing to play, fail and play again.
Respawn.
Try that mission again.
Try that jump again.
Take on the big monster again.
Again. And again.
Without losing drive, enthusiasm and confidence.
It is the same for content ninjas
You must be willing to try, fail, try again, fail publicly, fail gloriously.
And you must be okay looking foolish publicly.
You should be willing to fall and die and respawn and try again.
Try that angle again.
Try that narrative again.
Try that script structure again.
Try that content bucket again.
And again, each time with a new plan.
Till you finish the game, reach a new highscore, slay the big boss.
Till you get the billion views and vitality you are chasing.
And while Product Manager compete with a small peer set;
Anyone can be a gamer or a content creator.
Which means you are competing with everyone, in an infinite, ever-changing game, without a clearly defined playbook to win.
And brand managers are competing with one hand tied behind their backs because Instagram/youtube algorithms prefer individual creators
Organic content is just hard :)
If you are an organic content manager, and a good one at that, you have my respect 🫡
2025 was the prelude.
2026 is the tipping point.
They take, we build.
They consume, we create.
Unleashed. Unstoppable.
We are sovereign.
Together,
Onward.
the network effect from a shielded pool getting larger over time is likely the strongest in crypto and one of the few things that cant be forked
this is not priced in
josh is one of the most based builders in all of crypto and a huge reason for zcash's recent success
it takes some courage to work on privacy tech in the open and he is one of the most valued-based people I've seen in the space
does not get nearly enough credit, follow him
