What I thought what would be mine
Has left its wind and frost behind
Before the wind is hellish heat
That burns the green under my feet
Where it is, is never clear
But it’s close when warmth is near
The wind is still, the ice has thawed
And so returns the beauty I saw
God has created everything only for it to be manipulated by those left to interact with His creation. Since we chose to separate from Him, we live in both fear and love because we lost sight of what we were before we were shaped and formed from worldly material.
Everything belongs to the angel of death, but to live life he lets us borrow what we have. We are lucky to live a life. To have the option to do what we will when we will, but we will never know when this dream will come to an end and everything we know and love will be gone.
Is the role of morality to prevent others from experiencing torment in life? A selfish natured person wouldn’t give a second thought to another’s experience, only their own. What does morality mean to them?
If we all have some sort of life essence given to us so we may experience, are there different places it can go? If one person lives a “moral” or “perfect” life does their essence get treated differently than a sinners? What about those in love with life and those who suicide?
@wisdomXplorer I do although I tend to doubt it. I think of it like the movie everything everywhere all at once, or the butterfly effect. The actions I take now will all add up in some equation that’s called fate. If I follow the direction of someone else, whose fate would I experience?
How well can someone know themselves before they change? Is self betrayal a possibility when the self is unknown? How can one know when self is achieved?
